Access to our services through the website www.foundmysize.com and the Foundmysize mobile application is subject to the acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Use (TOU).

Article 2: Definitions and Services

The term "the service" collectively refers to the features and services offered by Foundmysize, including, but not limited to, a professional bra size measurement calculator and product recommendations. These services aim to enhance the user experience in choosing appropriate lingerie products through personalized measurement and analysis tools.

Article 3: Access and Registration

The service is accessible to users aged at least fifteen (15) years. Each user declares and warrants that they have reached the age of fifteen years at the time of registration. Registration involves the provision of personal data by the user. The management of this data by the Publisher is detailed in our Privacy Policy below.

Article 4: User Obligations

These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sharjah, and in case of dispute, after attempting to find an amicable solution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Sharjah. The Publisher is represented by Mr. CHOUCHANE.

The Foundmysize application offers users the possibility of purchasing additional services, including access to advanced measurement features. These purchases are made through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and are subject to these TOU as well as the terms of use and refund policies of these platforms.

8.3 Payment Terms

Payments for services purchased through the application are processed through the payment systems of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The user guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method registered on these platforms.

8.4 Right of Withdrawal

Users may benefit from the withdrawal policies offered by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which generally allow cancellation within a certain period after purchase, in accordance with applicable legislation and the policies of these platforms.

8.5 Cancellation and Refund

For any refund request, users must follow the procedures established by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The refund conditions and procedures are detailed in the policies of these platforms.

8.6 Modifications to Paid Services

The Publisher reserves the right to modify the prices or features of paid services at any time. Users will be notified of these changes via the application or by means deemed appropriate by the Publisher. Pricing changes will not affect purchases made before the implementation of the new conditions.
